Welcome to the Woodrow Wilson High School web site.
The only Dallas high school known by its "first name", Woodrow is a very historic Dallas School.
Many
Dallas citizens call Woodrow their high school.

HISTORICAL
BACKGROUND
- Woodrow
is located in old East Dallas where its doors opened 75 years ago, in
1928. We have been the home
of many of Dallas’s most distinguished citizens; today, as in the
past, opportunities abound for students in the academics, fine arts, and
athletic arenas. We are the
only public high school with two past Heisman trophy winners, Davey
O’Brien and Tim Brown. Our
fine school was designated a historical landmark in 1989.

ANTECEDENTE
HISTÓRICO
- Woodrow
está ubicada en el este de Dallas donde sus puertas se abrieron hace 75
años, en 1928. Hemos sido
casa para muchos de los ciudadanos más distinguidos de Dallas; hoy, así
como en el pasado, abundan las oportunidades para los alumnos en lo académico,
bellas artes y esferas atléticas.
Somos la única preparatoria pública con dos ganadores del
trofeo Heisman, Davey O’Brien y Tim
